Privacy Statement (“Statement”)
1.1 The information on this website are provided by Temasek Trust Asset Management Pte Ltd (“TTAM”) for general information purposes only. TTAM is the fund manager for ABC Impact funds in Singapore (“ABC Impact”), and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) as a capital markets services licence holder for fund management under the Securities and Futures Act (Chapter 289) of Singapore. In this Statement, “Personal Data” means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified: (a) from that data; or
1.2 We are committed to protecting the information we hold about you. This Statement sets out the basis on which we may collect, use, disclose, and process your Personal Data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). By visiting and using this website, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data as described in this Statement. If you are acting as an intermediary or otherwise on behalf of a third party or supply us with information regarding a third party, you undertake that you are an authorised representative or agent of such third party and that you have obtained consent from such third party to our collection, use, storage and disclosure of their Personal Data. Because we are collecting the third party’s data from you, you undertake to make the third party aware of all matters listed in this Statement by referring them to our website.
1.3 This Statement supplements but does not supersede nor replace any other consents which you may have previously provided to us, either directly or via a third-party data collector, and your consents herein are cumulative and additional to any rights which we may have at law to collect, use, disclose and/or process your Personal Data. This Statement does not affect any rights which we may have at law in connection with the collection, use, disclosure and/or processing of your Personal Data.
2.1 Generally, we collect Personal Data when you or your authorised representatives provide it directly or indirectly to us or to our subsidiaries, affiliates, related funds, partners, vendors or service providers, including through the following:
(a) whenever you furnish Personal Data by completing online or hardcopy forms during the application process for our services or feedback, making inquiries, submitting requests, or engaging in various forms of communication;
(b) upon any interaction with us (such as telephone conversations, social media interactions, faxes, or emails), we may retain records of such correspondence;
(c) upon the completion of the employee information form;
(d) for evaluating job applications and determining suitability for roles within ABC Impact;
(e) upon entering into a contractual agreement with us or enrolling in any of our services;
(f) upon your response to any communication materials issued by us;
(g) if you participate in surveys or initiatives managed by us;
(h) when attending events, seminars, or workshops organised or sponsored by us;
(i) when you link any of your account(s) with us with third-party services and applications (examples include, without limitation, Google and LinkedIn);
(j) when we receive your Personal Data from third parties, for example, when you submit your email address to us to show interest or to submit queries or comments regarding our website, products or services; and
(k) through the use of analytics code and other tools like cookies (please refer to the “IP Addresses/Cookies” section below in this Statement for further details).
2.2 We may collect the following kinds of Personal Data through the different channels mentioned above:
(a) full name;
(b) business and/or residential addresses;
(c) business and/or personal email addresses;
(d) mobile and business telephone numbers;
(e) date of birth;
(f) NRIC/Passport numbers, if required;
(g) work pass numbers (e.g. FIN) and details, if required;
(h) gender and ethnicity;
(i) marital status;
(j) emergency contact, next-of-kin or family information;
(k) legal and financial history;
(l) bank account details;
(m) IP address;
(n) photographs, videos and other audio-visual information;
(o) educational, employment history and professional qualifications, including testimonials and references;
(p) curricula vitae; and
(q) any other information that on its own, or when combined with other information, can uniquely identify individuals.
3.1 We may collect, use and/or disclose your Personal Data for any or all of the following purposes:
(a) for administering our website(s);
(b) to perform or carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered between you and us;
(c) for conducting due diligence, Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC) and other background checks;
(d) for client administration, services requests and enquiries;
(e) for payment administration purposes;
(f) to respond to, handle and process your enquiries, requests, applications, complaints, and feedback pursuant to your emails, telephone calls, submission of form(s) and/or any other form of communication;
(g) to comply with obligations under the Securities and Futures Act (Chapter 289) of Singapore or any other laws and their related subsidiary legislation, regulations, guidelines, advisories, or other directions as may be issued by the relevant law enforcement or regulatory agencies from time to time;
(h) for recruitment and evaluation purposes if you apply for a job with us;
(i) to follow up with event attendees and facilitating security clearances for entry into event premises;
(j) for integrating mentors and volunteers into our programmes;
(k) for travel arrangement and insurance purposes;
(l) for internal reporting and/or accounting purposes;
(m) for compiling statistics, whether for our own use or for industry exercises and studies, to design and improve our products and services for you;
(n) to enhance security, monitor and verify identity or service access, combat spam or other malware or security risks;
(o) to send information including confirmations, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
(p) conducting market research, understanding and analysing customer behaviour, location, preferences and demographics for us to offer you products and services as well as special offers and marketing programmes which may be relevant to your preferences and profile;
(q) to investigate or obtain evidence concerning any complain, claim or dispute or any actual or suspected illegal or unlawful conduct or to aid in such investigation or evidence gathering by any law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
(r) any other purposes for which you have provided the information; and/or
(s) purposes incidental to one or more of the above.
3.2 The purposes listed in the above clauses may continue to apply even in situations where your relationship with us (for example, pursuant to a contract) has been terminated or altered in any way, for a reasonable period thereafter (including, where applicable, a period to enable us to enforce our rights under a contract with you).
3.3 We may also contact you by any means of communication for which you have given us contact details, including but not limited to email, telephone and post, for the purpose of getting your feedback or for providing you with information which we believe could be of interest to you or your organisation. At present, we have no intention to use your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes. If we do, we will request your consent (which includes an indication of no objection), as well as a check against the “Do Not Call” registry maintained by the Singapore Personal Data Protection Commission.
4.1 We may also disclose your Personal Data for any of the purposes listed in the previous section to the following persons, whether located overseas or in Singapore:
(a) our service providers and contractors, including third party vendors that provide services to us, including, without limitation, IT-service providers, data processing or management services and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
(b) any business partner, investor, assignee or transferee (actual or prospective) to facilitate business asset transactions (which may extend to any merger, acquisition or asset sale);
(c) our subsidiaries, affiliates, related funds and/or partners (and in particular, where you have consented to receiving information/newsletters from us);
(d) law enforcement authorities, regulatory authorities, statutory bodies or public agencies for the purposes of complying with their requirements, policies, directives or requests;
(e) banks, credit agencies and other financial and/or payment service providers;
(f) our professional advisers such as our board of directors, auditors and lawyers;
(g) external business and charity partners in relation to corporate promotional events; and/or
(h) any other party to whom you authorise us to disclose your Personal Data to.
4.2 We may share information about you in aggregate or anonymised form with the abovementioned entities or parties (e.g. our business partners).
5.1 The consent that you provide for the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data will remain valid until such time it is being withdrawn by you in writing. You may withdraw consent and request us to stop collecting, using and/or disclosing your Personal Data for any or all of the purposes listed above by submitting your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below and filling in our Withdrawal of Consent Request Form (which will be provided by our Data Protection Officer).
5.2 Upon receipt of the completed Withdrawal of Consent Request Form with the required supporting documents, we may require reasonable time (depending on the complexity of the request and its impact on our relationship with you) for your request to be processed and for us to notify you of the consequences of us acceding to the same, including any legal consequences which may affect your rights and liabilities to us. In general, we shall endeavour to process your request within thirty (30) business days of receiving and verifying your identification and documentation.
5.3 Whilst we respect your decision to withdraw your consent, please note that depending on the nature and scope of your request, we may not be in a position to continue providing our goods or services to you and we shall, in such circumstances, notify you before completing the processing of your request. Should you decide to cancel your withdrawal of consent, please inform us in writing or via email by contacting our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below.
5.4 Please note that withdrawing consent does not affect our right to continue to collect, use and disclose Personal Data where such collection, use and disclose without consent is permitted or required under applicable laws.
6.1 We will not transfer your Personal Data to external third parties (other than to our subsidiaries, affiliates and related funds) in or outside Singapore unless the parties receiving the Personal Data agree to comply with the PDPA or to adopt data protection standards comparable to the PDPA when processing the Personal Data, or when the transfer is permitted under applicable laws.
7.1 We may retain your Personal Data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required or permitted by applicable laws.
7.2 We will cease to retain your Personal Data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that the purpose for which the Personal Data was collected is no longer being served by such retention, and such retention is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.
8.1 When you use our website, we may collect and store information about your computer or other electronic devices (including your IP address, operating system and browser type) for system administration. This is statistical data about the browsing actions and patterns of users of our website. This data could possibly lead to your identification, but we, and our data intermediaries, do not use it to do so unless required to do so or otherwise authorised or permitted by law.
8.2 Cookies are small files which are stored in your computer or other electronic devices when you access a website – amongst other things; they help the website user to navigate efficiently between pages and the website operator to track usage of the site. 8.3 Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our website and mobile applications by storing information on your computer or other electronic devices, including without limitation, session information such as the number of times you visit our website and the location from which you are accessing the website. While some limited information is personally identifiable for the purposes of managing your experience on the website, any other information is anonymised and aggregated to produce statistical reports that enable us to evaluate the use of our website, and to make improvements to, and increase efficiency when you browse our website. Our security procedures are reviewed on a regular basis based on new technological developments.
9.2 Although every reasonable effort has been made to ensure that all Personal Data will be protected, we cannot be responsible for any unauthorised use or misuse of such information and damage arising from risks which are inherent in all internet communications.
10.1 Our website(s) may contain links to other external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy policies and practices of such external websites which are under the care of third parties. We strongly encourage you to check the privacy policy of each website that you visit. Some of these third-party websites may have our logo or trademark acknowledged on their website. 11.1 We generally rely on Personal Data provided by you (or your authorised representative). In order to ensure that your Personal Data is current, complete and accurate, please update us if there are changes to your Personal Data by informing our Data Protection Officer in writing or via email at the contact details provided below.
12.1 If you wish to make (a) an access request for access to a copy of the Personal Data which we hold about you or information about the ways in which we use or disclose your Personal Data, or (b) a correction request to correct or update any of your Personal Data which we hold, you may submit your request in writing or via email to our Data Protection Officer at the contact details provided below.
12.2 Please note that a reasonable fee may be charged for an access request. If so, we will inform you of the fee before processing your request.
12.3 We will respond to your request as soon as reasonably possible. In general, our response will be within thirty (30) business days. Should we not be able to respond to your access request within thirty (30) days after receiving your access request, we will inform you in writing within thirty (30) days of the time by which we will be able to respond to your request. If we are unable to provide you with any Personal Data or to make a correction requested by you, we shall generally inform you of the reasons why we are unable to do so (except where we are not required to do so under the PDPA).
12.4 Please note that depending on the request that is being made, we will only need to provide you with access to the Personal Data contained in the documents requested, and not to the entire documents themselves. In those cases, it may be appropriate for us to simply provide you with confirmation of the Personal Data that our organisation has on record, if the record of your Personal Data forms a negligible part of the document.

Mr Goh Yew Lin is Chief Executive Officer of G. K. Goh Holdings Pte Ltd, an investment company with substantial assets in aged care in Australia and Singapore, alongside venture capital and private equity. He is Chairman of Xora Innovation, a Temasek-owned venture builder, and a Director of Temasek Trust. He was Chairman of Seviora Holdings, Temasek’s asset management arm, until September 2025, and served as a non-executive Director of Temasek Holdings from 2005 to 2018.
Mr Goh is also a board member of A*STAR (the Agency for Science, Technology and Research) and Chairman of the Governing Board of Duke-NUS Medical School. He holds a degree from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
As Chief Executive Officer of Temasek Trust Asset Management (TTAM), Mr David Heng oversees two investment platforms: ABC Impact, an Asia-focused growth impact private equity firm with over S$1 billion (US$900 million) in assets under management, and Temasek Trust Capital, a purpose-aligned investment platform managing a diversified portfolio in support of Temasek Trust’s long-term philanthropic objectives.
With over 30 years in the investment industry, Mr Heng spent 14 years in senior leadership roles at Temasek, including Head of Real Estate, Head of Japan & Korea, Joint Head of Consumer, and Joint Head of China, prior to which he was with Deutsche Bank AG. He serves as an Independent Director of Sea Limited (NYSE: SE) and is a board member of the Centre for Impact Investing and Practices (CIIP). Mr Heng is an IBF Fellow (Asset Management). Mr Desmond Kuek is Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Temasek Trust, the philanthropic arm of Temasek, a role he has held since January 2023. He was previously Divisional Vice Chairman, Global Wealth Management at UBS AG (2019 to 2022), where he headed Sustainable Finance for Asia Pacific, and President and Group CEO of SMRT Corporation (2012 to 2018). Earlier in his career he served nearly three decades in the Singapore public service and Singapore Armed Forces, including as Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources, Chief of Defence Force, and Chief of Army.
Ms Chan Wai Ching is Chief Corporate Officer of Temasek International and a member of its Strategy, Portfolio and Risk Committee and Senior Management Committee. She heads Temasek’s Organisation & People function and is a Director of Temasek Trust. She joined the board of Seviora Holdings, Temasek’s asset management group, in September 2025. Ms Chan joined Temasek in June 2006, following an extensive human resources career at Fullerton Financial Holdings, Citibank, Singapore Technologies, United Overseas Bank and Overseas Union Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore and completed the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2012.
Ms Margaret Lui is an experienced investment professional in direct investments, asset management and private equity. She was Chief Executive Officer of Azalea Investment Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek, from its founding in 2015 until her retirement on 31 March 2025; under her leadership, Azalea grew to manage around US$11 billion in assets and developed its two flagship platforms, the Astrea Private Equity Bonds and the Altrium PE Funds. She remains an Adviser to Azalea and sits on the Investment Committees of its Altrium funds.
Ms Lui spent 40 years with the Temasek group from 1985, including as Senior Managing Director and, prior to Azalea, as Chief Operating Officer of two of Temasek’s affiliate investment management companies. She also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Institute of Technology, as an independent non-executive director of Lendlease, as Chair of PSA International’s Marine Services Supervisory Committee, and as a member of the Singapore Exchange’s Listing Advisory Committee.

Mr Tan Shao Ming leads a diverse team of impact-oriented investment professionals in building a portfolio that generates impact alongside compelling, market-rate risk-adjusted returns across Asia.
He brings over 20 years of institutional investing experience across a range of styles and strategies. At Temasek, he worked on acquiring controlling and minority positions in Asian banks in the aftermath of the 1997 Asian financial crisis. He later focused on special situations and structured credit at Citadel Investment Group in Hong Kong, covering China, Taiwan and Southeast Asia, and led Southeast Asian mid-market investing at Citi Private Equity.
Mr Tan is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical), First Class Honours, and a Master of Engineering (Chemical) from the National University of Singapore.
As Chief Impact Officer, Ms Sugandhi Matta leads ABC Impact’s approach to assessing, measuring and driving impact outcomes across its portfolio, and also invests for the firm across South and Southeast Asia. She brings over 20 years of investing experience in the region, having previously been Director of Investment at LeapFrog Investments, a billion-dollar impact fund focused on financial inclusion, and before that focused on Southeast Asian mid-market private equity at Actis. She began her investing career as a member of Temasek Holdings’ Financial Services team.
Ms Matta sits on the boards of several portfolio companies across India and the UK, and has also held board directorships in Thailand and Indonesia. She holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Engineering from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University, Baroda.
Mr Eugene Huang was previously Managing Director, Investments at Temasek, where over a 12-year tenure based in Singapore, Beijing and Shenzhen he invested and exited over US$5 billion of capital globally across industries such as software, e-commerce, social media, education and consumer. He was most recently responsible for Temasek’s technology and consumer investments in China and head of its Shenzhen office.
Mr Huang began his career as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co. (now Bank of America) in New York and Hong Kong. He graduated summa cum laude from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
Ms Charina Chan is Chief People Officer of ABC Impact, a role she holds concurrently with Chief People Officer of Temasek Foundation Ltd and Head of Organisation, Human Resources and Administration at Temasek Trust Ltd. She was previously part of Temasek International’s Organisation & People team, where she led the Non-Executive Talent portfolio, covering board governance and the management of an extended talent network for Temasek and its portfolio companies. Earlier in her career she worked at Fullerton Financial Holdings, a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings.
Ms Chan holds an MBA from Imperial College London and a Bachelor of Science from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Koh Boon San is responsible for finance, risk, compliance and operations at ABC Impact. He brings more than 20 years of experience across fund management, finance and the corporate sector.
Before joining ABC Impact, Mr Koh headed the business management team at HSBC Securities Services, covering trustee, fund administration and custody services, and spent 10 years at Fullerton Fund Management heading various finance, risk and compliance functions. He began his career at Pricewaterhouse before joining Temasek Holdings’ finance department.
Mr Koh holds a Bachelor in Accounting (Second Class Honours, Upper Division) from Nanyang Technological University and is a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
Mr Jeffrey Fang leads Investor Relations at ABC Impact, responsible for capital raising, investor engagement and external communications across global markets.
Earlier in his career, Mr Fang held roles across corporate development, operations and financial communications. He was Director of Strategic and Public Affairs at Temasek, managing global M&A communications, media relations, and crisis and issues management. He subsequently built a portfolio as an angel investor and venture operator, alongside his own advisory practice, before joining Temasek Trust Asset Management.
Mr Fang serves on the boards of Kim Dental, the Home Nursing Foundation, and several venture-backed companies. He holds an MA in International Relations and Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and a BA in Mass Communication from RMIT University.
